I think with the development of places like Lakewood Ranch you'll expect more people in that age range with and without families to be moving here. Plus a lot of people work from home nowadays so it frees up your ability to work anywhere in the country. One last reason is obviously the weather believe it or not some people just get tired of living in places freezing cold so this climate might be more favorable.
