I took the original poster's question differently. I heard it as a request for information, not as "talk me into this". After the extensive discussion of the "cons" of Florida in another thread, I heard it as a request for information on the "pros". Getting info on the pros and cons of a place seems reasonable to me. Given the title of the thread, I can also understand how it could be taken as "beg me to come on down". But I think the title was a counterpoint to the other thread.
