It depends on the job. If it's for a specialized job, such as a doctor or a lawyer, something where everyone in the county cant hold that job without being qualified, then no. For the other 90% of the jobs out there, I would have to think they would put you to the bottom of the pile. Everyone wants to move here and has no job. And you guys are the big flight risk if "things dont work out" in your new State. Sorry to be the bearer of bad opinions........

Most employers only look at outside of the area resumes if they are recruiting and/or can't find anyone local to fill the position. It doesn't help to use someone else's address either. Get a head hunter or use a place like Career Source. They have several locations throughout the state of Florida -
