I believe we have had some recent bank robberies in Sarasota too.

Ladywithafan
You are correct that during this economic recession we will continue to see these types of actions take place in all areas. The good news is that so far it seems that all the recent bank robberies have been non violent and no one has gotten hurt.

I don't think there's much nice to say anymore about any place in respect to our current economic recession and the things people are doing just to survive.
True, people everywhere will resort to really dumb stuff when their backs are against the wall. Many idiots out there do not value things the way most people do. Some people value cigarette money, or some cash to get them through for the next month, more than they do human life. DUMB!

Those people exist everywhere. Florida is not any different when it comes to people that are like that.

The EXACT same man robbed a bank in Ellenton yesterday...that's four bank robberies by the same man, all on video......wonder which bank it will be today?

adding a P.S. He actually went to Brandon later in the afternoon and hit a bank there...and did not drop the money....the total # of banks he's hit is 6. Go figure?

Sounds like he might be a very wealthy, successful, business man, who has a lot of influence, and is capable of getting people to do what he wants! Maybe he should be elected to Congress! LOL After all, he has shown the same kinda talent for getting other peoples money.
