You can go to gasbuddy and it will show you what is available and price.

Gasbuddy is reported by people and there are time stamps on them. It should be up to date. But just because gas is available in Sarasota does not mean its good back down.

They've been running out of Port of Manatee/Tampa morning noon and night, I've seen no biggie with places like 7-11, Racetrac and WaWa

As of yesterday afternoon and again today, our friends in Venice/Sarasota area report no problem on finding gas stations open, no real lines and all the gas one needs to fill up...

Friends are full time rez, and some still work/drive around V, Nokomis, & greater Sarasota.

This is good but how is it from the pan handle and Ga boarder to Sarasota. Any outages?

Friends in the Panhandle report not many gas problems, and life is getting back to 'normal'.

Unless one is driving an F Car at triple digit speeds or a drag car, I don't get the paranoia on 'gas', going ~ 800 miles.

I-75, for the most part, is back to some semblance of life and operation, esp north of Naples.

Get gas in Tampa or Sarasota or, further north, and it is a slide into Naples, in our experience.

Fwiw, we have done the 800 mile run from our western NC Mtn home to Naples in one day for 8 years, but YMMV...

Yes--daughter in Nomomis and people in our neighborhood posted that WalMart in Osprey, Costco in SRQ, others stations north into SRQ on 41 had cast--
Think 75 because of fewer exits/more travel might have been more of an issue

Friends who drove in Tuesday from GA had to get off freeway and look for gas--
Gas Buddy not always accurate
But think things are easing up
We still have people in our neighborhood on generators---FPL says the 22 for their power to be live--
So some people will still need gas for generators
