Hello, I have never used a forum before so please be patient
I am close to purchasing a home in Bradenton, Florida. The lena road landfill is only 1\4 mile
from the home. Do any of you have thoughts on this area that you could share with me

Could you share what development, then maybe people would have more info/opinions? Hmmm...I'm not sure how (if any) that would effect the property values. Looks like some of the local residents aren't too pleased with it. There's also talk of a concrete plant on Lena Road that people don't seem to be happy with either.

I wouldn't recommend living 1/4 mile from a dump. Most dumps contain carcinogenic chemicals and highly explosive, highly flammable methane gas.
