I'm in a rental Villa near Sprouts right now, but the development required a minimum of 6 month rental term. Its in Palmer Ranch in a higher end community. I think you'll need to rent in a condo community nearby and not a single family residence to get month to month. There are 2 or 3 nice condo complexes I drive past off Central Sarasota Pkwy and McIntosh very near Sprouts in Palmer Ranch. I'd try VRBO, or call some local Realtors who specialize in rentals. If you PM me, I'll give you the Realtors name and info who I got my Villa through. If she cant help you, she's been around here long enough to point you in the right direction.
