as much as i hate the thought of a mall or shopping right now in this economy, i am just wondering where the closest mall would be from northport?
i typically am not a huge mall person anyway as far as buying goes but i occasionally like to go by myself and walk around, and im sure with two girls... sooner than later.. i will need to have certain stores available to me. lol

Port Charlotte Town Center Mall- It's about 5-10 minutes away depending on where you live. It's pretty good and has-Dillard's, Macy's, Old Navy, Aeropostle, Pac Sun, Beall's, JC Penny's, music stores, food court, jewlery stores, shoe stores, etc.

Yep. Port Charlotte has a nice mall. There is an Outlet Mall in Ellenton, but it is more of an outdoor mall.
