Last week while boating in the bay.... A pod of dolphins were playing in circles around & under our boat, jumping, flipping & everything else they could do for a show!

Beautiful pictures. The dolphins are so neat to watch. Wish my kids could've seen that.

It was amazing! We've been out in boat countless times & have never had such an encounter- there were 4 or 5 of them & we sat there for 10 minutes while they played. One kept flipping on it's back & diving under the boat. What's so great is, we had our friends with us from up north. It was not only their kids first trip to Florida, it was the first time they had ever seen a dolphin in the wild. Quite a first impression I must say Though I told them they would be extremely lucky to ever see that again!

Beautiful Pictures!
To everyone: what wonderful pictures! As a native, I can testify that they are perfect examples of life in Florida and I am enjoying each and every one. Thank you for being so generous to share them with all of us. (My husband and I are considering relocating from SE FL to either SW Florida or farther north on the East Coast of FL. I have to say that these gorgeous photos are tending to make me lean toward the SW area!)
