Is it possible to still find a 3 bdrm 2 bthrm property for under $120 000 in a good area with low crime? My bank will not finance short term rental.

They also do not finance in communities where the percentage of investment owners vs resident owners are too high.

If there are still deals like these out there,
A: please let me know and/or send me an email with links.
B: let me know what areas to look at.

I am not interested in short sales or pre foreclosures. I will have to obtain a mortgage either from my own bank or a lender who has a FN program.

Thanks for your help and assistance.

Roy

Hey Vegasboy,
My wife and I just bought a 1200 sq ft house in North Port. 2007, 3 bdr, 2 bth, 2 car garage, concrete block home with well and septic on 1/4 acre with a green belt right behind it for $107K. The house has never been lived in and is in perfect condition. This was one of many affordable houses we looked at in the North Port/Port Charlotte area. Our house is 20 minutes from the beach with easy access to lots of stores, restaurants etc.

Good luck with your search.

Hey Vegas,

You should be able to find a great home in North Port for that price. I think North Port is your best bet due to your price range and requirements.

I just sent you a Direct Message. Thanks Carbondated

I looked when I was down there a few weeks ago and I would pick North Port too. Nice area and really everything is basically new. Talk to SoFl Gal. When I am ready to buy a home, she is the only realtor I would buy from.

Honest, caring and always willing to help. She is my pick for sure.
