I am very happy for you. I will also be relocating to Northport soon. My best advise to you is to think outside the box and keep all of your options open. I agree with shepsMom, very unlikely to find an appt. for that price in Sarasota. Just built in Northport and seen rentals as low as $900 three bedrooms. I also agree with svrom09...craigslist might be an option. Good luck and i wish you great success.
