You're the MAN - you figured out the good living earlier than me - but I'm catchin' on. ((Being in the construction industry - I musta had a hammer fall on my head when I was younger - or one fell on my head recently - I can't remember which, but I'm awake now and ready to have more fun).

When I get down there we'll have to get together for a crab feast! People don't know what they're missing until they eat them that way.
On the "heat-thread" I posted a picture of a boat just like mine. We'll have to plan a fishing trip. You can show me some of the techniques for fishing down there. I have gotten pretty good at Rockfishing! I built my first set of planer boards had have my whole top shelf of the freeze stocked with filets! With "J.O." (eastern shore blend - like Old Bay) little butter, little parsley, little garlic, wrapped in aluminum foil, and placed on the grille, with some grilled MD white Corn - hmmmm good!

Big House, I'll show you how to hunt snook, after you put one of those white fillets on your plate you won't miss the rock. I saute a snook fillet in a skillet with a little butter and add a touch of white wine and cover to steam the top after the bottom has turned golden.
Dam I'm hungry and I need to finish the lawn...

That sounds great! Maybe I'll try making a rockfish filet that way tonight on the grille. I have to use the grille, because the kitchen is being renovated.

Good luck - let me know how you make out!
