Arcadia Village is a nice location if you are a golfer and you want to be in Arcadia (still a growing town). The owner of the park is a great guy and very fair. I work with over 100 communities, and I would put Arcadia Village in my Top 25 locations. You are far from the water but have everything you really need within a short golf cart ride (WalMart, Grocery, tons of fast food places), so it all depends of the lifestyle you are looking for.
