Forest Lakes Country Club Estates - What's Area Like?
I was looking around at some houses and am wondering if anyone can tell me what the Forest Lakes Country Club Estates area is like, in terms of crime, traffic and congestion, stability of neighborhood in general.
Also, do you have to pay any kind of association fee to won in there?
The other area I was wondering about was Palmer Ranch. Can anyone tell me what that's like, in terms of crime, traffic and congestion, stability of neighborhood in general, as compared with the Forest Lakes Country Club Estates area? Which would be preferable as far as area?
