Luckily it stopped, so we might have gotten an inch, but I doubt it. And what we did get was melted by late afternoon. Thank God for that! SOOOOOOOOOOOO sick of the weather!!!!
What the heck! I thought it quit snowing in like March. Isn't the saying, April showers bring May flowers. It's supposed to be raining not snowing.

SoFLGal,
We had a vicious snowstorm on April Fool's day a few years ago. I remember it vividly.
We are headed to SRQ for a week next week. Save some sunshine for us.

When are you coming down again? I was kinda cold today-in the 50's but it's supposed to be warming up in the next day or so. That would be a bad April Fool's joke

When I was a teenager, we had a massive snowstorm on my Dad's birthday. It was April 9th. He already had his corn planted (He was a farmer, in case that remark confused some of you.)
Of course we've also had snow on our daughter's birthday. May 11.
Luckily Sunday's snowstorm didn't amount to much. It was pretty much melted by afternoon. but it still won't warm up. Struggled to make 46 today. :-(

SoFLGal,
Are you serious? U have never seen snow? What about an ice storm?
We will be down next Wednesday.

Yup, I'm serious! I've never seen snow, no ice storms-nothin'. I've been to many of the states and also over to England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Mexico but it was always in the summer. I did go to NY in the winter but just my luck-no snow. So, if you'd be so kind to send me some that would be great.

I'm a true Florida cracker
