Sarasota County Taxes (utilities, assess, bill)

Are sewer/trash pick up charges included in the Sarasota County Taxes?
If not what is the average rate for trash pick up and sewer charges?

Trash collection is on your tax bill as a non-ad valorem assessment, currently about $160 a year.
Water/sewer is a separate monthly bill from Sarasota Co. Utilities. If you have water only, the fee is $13.54 plus $2.32 per 1,000 gal. If you also have sewer, add $14.17 plus $7.17 per 1,000
Fees were increased recently because we were saving too much water and of course like any government agency, they can never do with less revenue. If you are on well/septic, there is no bill.

Thanks! Our trash and sewer has jumped with an increase in each of the past two years of over 200. so I thought I should ask how it works in your neck of the woods. Appreciate the info.
