Well, I like a double scoop - one pistachio and one praline & cream. My DH loves butter pecan! And of course you must put it on one of their amazing waffle cones. They have lots of great flavors. |

Yes, there is a Kilwin's in ALL the really great places! I have eaten at all the big name ice cream places, and I just have never found anything that compares to Kilwins. |

Well, here are the stats for yesterday. I got too busy and could not finish them up and get them posted until today. I included a few more statistics in this group. I listed what the condo/home was listed for when it was first listed, which is the “originally listed” price. Next is the “currently listed” price, this is the price the property was listed for when it sold. Then, of course, the “sold” price is what the property actually sold for. I also included the DOM or the total amount of days the home was on the market before closing.
There are a few things that jump out to me in this list. One is that the condo market in Venice seems to be picking up a little bit. Another observation is that again there are a lot of cash sales. 53 of the 79 homes that closed yesterday were all cash deals. This seems to be the trend
25 for the homes that sold yesterday were bank owned.
