It's fully built out (only about 5 vacant lots compared to what seems like a couple hundred houses), so that is a good sign. Very posh houses (by my plebian standard). It's pretty pricey.
Why is this beautiful place stuck out in what seems like nowhere?
Do you think this place will retain its value over time?

I know that John Cannon and Tavoli build in there. They're pretty reputable builders. The annual HOA is $850. I know they have no CDD fees there. They have fitness trail and nature preserve.
That's my thinking exactly-why do they build these pretty developments in the middle of a cow pasture? I think the answer is that the land is cheaper out that way and once they build the gate around it and throw some fancy homes up it magically transforms into a $150K lot.
