Need some recommendations in Sarasota... a/c, well drilling, handyman, etc... (Osprey: home security, maintenance)

I posted previously looking for a maid service, but now I need some other recs from the fine residents of Sarasota.

#1: our new (to us) home needs the a/c replaced. The unit is 15 years old, and the air handler is poorly installed. Anyone have recommendations for air conditioning companies in the area?

#2: we want to get an irrigation well drilled, especially since we qualify for a $1000 rebate from Manatee county towards the installation. Anyone have recommendations for a well drilling/irrigation company?

#3: we're also looking for a competent, capable, and reliable handyman to do the few things I don't feel comfortable doing. Again, any recommendations?

#4: we're considering a monitored home security system as well. Are there any local companies worth considering (other than ADT, Broadview, APX, etc.)?

#5: our lawn needs some restoration. Any recommendations for a local company other than Tru-green and Lawn Doctor?

They just did routine maintenance for us and they seemed pretty low key and not pushy.

Probably will have to get the A/C serviced as well when I move in, so I probably will end up using one of your recommendations.
