It appears the offer my husband and I made on a short sale in North Port is being accepted! We're happy but now have to have a home inspection done. I have a list of names of inspectors, but wondered if you had anything positive or negative to say about someone you used, would you please direct message me? Thank you!

Jeff with Eagle Eye Inspections inspected my house. He gave me a great report. I was there when he did the inspection. He went over everything, and was very accurate. What he told us would fail in less than a year - did - unfortunately. Not a lot was wrong, but he did an accurate job.

Thank you, Big House. I have his number--as well as the numbers of 4 or 5 others. We're trying to choose someone long distance, not something we like doing but we can't be there for the choosing or the inspection.

Yea Marcia!!! I know that was a long process and got kind of discouraging at times but when you have good agents on both ends that certainly helps.

The above inspector is on your list. WAWannabe has used several people off our list, so he may have an opinion as well. Please let us know how any of them work out as we add a delete from the list depending on their performance.

For insurance Allstate and AAA usually do pretty good on rates for newer homes. They're on the list as well.

i second Jeff at Eagle Eye, his inspection on our home was spot on, even picked up one outside light was not working !

Satin jones at Allstate was also 100% on our insurance needs.

Little things but when run smoothl;y help take the stress out of a big purchase

My Company also handles Home Inspections, unlike most Home Inspection services we will also do your Wind Mitigation Report ( this is for your Insurance ) we follow NACHI and ICC regulations. I am also a Certified General Contractor this helps with spotting future problems and structural problems.
