Needing realtors in Sarasota/Bradenton/Anna Maria area, and Venice/Nokomis area
Could anyone recommend realtors for the Sarasota/Bradenton/AnnaMaria area as well as one for the Venice/Nokomis area? I would like to begin a dialogue with them to line up some appointments before our scouting visit in the spring.

I'm familiar with those areas and have lived in most of them. It might help to have one Realtor for the northern half and one for the southern half. It's hard to find one Realtor that knows all of those areas-it's a pretty big territory.
Although I was born in Bradenton I haven't lived there in years. I know quite a bit about the other areas.

Thank you all! SoFlGal, I figured that I would need two realtors as the territory is quite large. We are interested in the Venice/Nokomis area, as well as Sarasota...we are really searching for a "small town" feel, though, and I fear Sarasota may not fit that bill...Venice and Nokomis seem more like this from my reading. Also, that is our attraction to Anna Maria/West Bradenton area...no high rises and more of a small town with access to more city things when needed! Could you send me your private e-mail and we can chat? Ladywithafan, I will definitely touch base with Darcie as we are very interested in the island! And, PetertheBrit, any info you have in the area would be helpful as well!
