...who is your favorite main weather person, from either the Sarasota stations or the Tampa news stations?

I am a fan of Jerve on Ch8. was a big Dick Fletcher fan until he passed away and they replaced him with the annoying woman, Souza.

I also like Bob Harrigan on Ch7.

Being a weather dependent photographer Fox 13 is my go to station. Being hometown, I want to like 40, I really do, but can't. I think they and Harrigan in particular ought to have a disclaimer stating "for entertainment purposes only"

I have to disagree. I find ABC 7 (ch. 40) to be the best to go to for Suncoast weather. Harrigan was been forecasting weather here on the Suncoast for 24 years, and he is very accurate. To each his/her own, I guess.

My favorites are Bob Harrigan and John Scalzi on ABC 7.

I like Harrigan on 40/7/whatever you want to call 'em.

Whatever happened to Wendy Ross though? She had been with them for a loooong time.

Yeah, what happened to Wendy Ross? I liked watching her. I know she was a part time real estate agent, as well. Maybe she decided to do that full time? Anyone know?
BTW...did anyone ever see the video with Justin Mosely screaming and jumping up on chairs or something because he saw a palmetto bug on the floor of the studio?

Hilarious!

On national television, they did one of those funniest moments and showed weather people from around the country and thier blooper moments. I forget what bug Justin Mosley saw when they showed his reaction on camera, but he was so scared and his reaction was intense! It was hysterical seeing his reaction! My girls who are terrified of bugs, and they each make me come get one every time they see one in their room or the bathroom, show less of a reaction than he did! I was rolling on the floor laughing when I saw the clip! Therefore, he gets my vote! He just does a good job too!
