Woodmere is off of Jacaranda and 41. I am not sure of the schools for that complex. The Taylor Ranch School is supposedly a great elementary school. I shop at the many plaza's at that intersection. The library is right next to the Woodmere complex. I think that is a safe location, clean and mostly older people since that retirement community is on the opposite corner of jacaranda and 41. There is a medical office complex behind the Target that I used a pediatric dentist, but she closed! I think South Venice is a great community! I would try and rent a house with kids though!
