I am looking for just a few arrangements but the quotes from florists I'm getting are outrageous. Not being local to Savannah, I'd like to know where you go to buy flowers. Is there a local market or a special store? I know you have a Fresh Market on Abercorn, but not every FM sells fresh flowers- does that one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, FM has great flowers as does Publix, Walmart, and Sam's.. I've heard Horst wholesale wil sell to the public, but I can't verify that with personal experience.

The Fresh Market sells an enormous amount of flowers, especially around holidays like Valentine's and Mother's Day. They have a much larger department than most other supermarket florist shops in Savannah, too.

Thank you all for your answers! I will check out Fresh Market first. I called them and they don't usually carry things like Freesia, which was one of the things I was looking for, but they did have lots of other varieties I was looking for.
