Default Realtor in Rincon?

Hi.....Does anyone happen to know who the best realtor group is in Rincon? I'd like someone professional (obviously) and thought maybe someone out there had some good/bad experiences that they could share. This is for the sale of a home. Thanks!

Speculation on a risky housing market | SavannahNow.com

Quote:
impact fees bring total impact fees per single-family house to $8,500............ Adding to the deterrent for buyers is Effingham's property taxes, which are among the highest in the area.
More buyers could also be siphoned off by available housing in Port Wentworth and Pooler, both of which are closer to Savannah for commuters and avoid the need for driving on the congested Ga. 21 into town.
