Hello,

Possibly relocating to the area and would like to know if the houses there have basements? Been looking online but don't see any.

Can anyone provide insight?

some might. It would depend on how high the water table was in any particular section of the town. Warner Robins is closer to Macon than Savannah.

Default Terrace Levels
There are several developments that offer what is called Terrace levels, aka basements, that are open in the back.

There is a golf course community called, The Landings, which is nice in Bonaire.
