Laborer
Hi,
I currently own a house I rent out in Georgetown area. There lease is up in June and I won't be renewing it.
I want to retile the kitchen, replace the carpets, and pull down some wood paneling and put up dry wall in its place. I'd like to keep the house empty in July in order to accomplish.
Does anyone have some good recommendations for someone qualified to do this type of work? Someone who does quality work but won't take me to cleaners?
Whoever i get to do the work will have approx. 30 days to do the work. We plan to move back into the house August 1st, 2008.
