I agree. When the lawsuits start piling up against someone who represents the law, something has to be done.

I just worry that the typical "re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic" mentality will set in, and they will just move someone else into the job who is part of the same network of folks who have allowed the decline of law and order in the city.
