Yes you are right it's far more efficient to have a staffing firm do the search. That was not my main concern. It't not like I expect Eddie and Council to spend evenings on Monster looking.

I'm saying that forget two weeks, the search should be started now and the clock is ticking. Every week Cutter is there is another week wasted. She needs to go as quick as possible. Then this morning on GPB they said Cutter is delaying pay raises for all city employees except fire and police until summer that were supposed to happen 1 January. Way to make your workforce angry. No wonder I haven't heard good things about her from city staffers. It said she needs the time so a consultant can look at the issue and advise her. In other words, do her job. Time to go. And collect that $208,000 check for sitting at home 'advising' the city. I guess hopefully the search has already begun.
