Recently visited Savannah for the first time this St Pats for a bachelor party and knew my wife would want to come visit. We are living in Greenville SC and are in our late twenties. We will be staying at the Cotton Sail Hotel and I have a reservation at The Olde Pink restaurant Friday night. That's about the extent of my plans. Was thinking of going to Tybee Island for a half day on Saturday. What else do you recommend for us? Any streets good for browsing and some restaurants or bars for a younger, educated crowd? Where do the yuppies like to go LOL. Also, any tips for the trip to Tybee Island? Thinking of doing most of Saturday at the beach/around there and then Friday and Sunday downtown Savannah. Thanks 🙏

Out on Tybee- there's Huc A Poos(great local dive bar with the best nachos & largest pizza slices), or make reservations for Sundae's restaurant-out of this world food! CONTACT - Sundae Cafe Tybee Island

Wander the length of Bull St-great little shops. On Jones St.-Mrs. Wilkes for a lunch 11-2pm. Take a walk on Broughton St-our main shopping district. City Market has shops, galleries, bars.

Have fun and explore!

If you like history, you can explore all the squares. Several old historic homes are open for tours. There are hop on and off trolley tours to get an overview of the sites.

From Cotton Sail, you are a short walk from many good shops and restaurants. You really can't go wrong. Crystal Beer Parlor and 17hundred90, are two old historic bars that we like. We like the 1790 restaurant also.

Do you want another fine dining restaurant on Sat. or flip flop friendly?
Either way, there are many choices. Try TripAdvisor to narrow it down.
