I think that's on the low side. On my walk last week down Drayton to the river there were 2 across from McDonoughs , one on a barge on the west side of the river at the smoke stacks...and I suspect just seeing three on my little walk there prolly many more.

There's one working the new hotel on Williamson Street (next to Savannah Smiles) and one working a new hotel on East Oglethorpe next to the intermodal transit center. I suspect we'll soon see at least one (or two) more at Plant Riverside, and another on the east end of River Street where the new Hilton and a parking deck are about to go up.

And then of course there's Savannah River Landing ...

I was amazed last year to see a tower crane in use on the south side on Abercorn (near 12 Oaks just south of DeRenne) where that cluster of new midrise hotels has gone up.

Alas....I'll be leaving the trolley world. But for a better job. Going into what I industry I left. Now when are we going to have a meet up here in town!
