how about let's not make this racial. the thug was a thug, hopefully he gets the chair or life. the gangs are terrorizing everyone in the city of all backgrounds. time for innovation though. I still think if they just add more money to the TipLine pot that would help. Also gentle you saw the article right that most cameras were BROKEN because this city doesn't maintain crap.

I agree, SL. Nothing here suggests to me that the black community of Savannah is any less troubled by outbreaks of violence like this as is the white community. And the camera situation is intolerable.
