Default Doggie Play Groups, Dog Walks etc. in Savannah

We're new to Savannah & have 2 Yorkies. I am wondering if there are any organized play groups or dog walks in the area. We've been to the dog park in Tybee but not many dogs were there.

We were part of a small dog group that met regularly before we moved here & are hoping to find something similar here in Savannah.

Default Doggie Play group

I am interested in doing something like this also. We live in Rincon, just outside of savannah. I have a 15 month old maltese named Bailey. We are starting obedience classes next week in Bluffton. There seems to be a lot of dog friendly activities there. If you find anything else out, please let me know.

Hello I just found your post about doggie play groups. I have a 3 month old standard poodle and was wondering if you ever found any places to take your dog to play her around savannah. I really want to find some friendly dogs for her to play with and grow up with . thanks Lee

There is a play group out on the Landings. I don't know if it is open to people that live elsewhere.

There is a dog walk on Sunday nights that starts at the Canine Palace on Abercorn st, downtown. It is hosted by the St. Almo group. For info, call the Canine Palace.
