Rent includes room with bed, dresser, closet and desk, access to all common areas including patio, shared use of laundry facilities and home phone for local calls only, all utilities including electric, water, cable and hi-speed wireless internet access. Home is conveniently located to beach, downtown and mid-town Savannah just off President Street, east of the draw bridge. $500 per month or $150 per week.
