How about Richmond Hill?
Does anyone have a comment about the Richmond Hill area. I might be moving there without a job. Any suggestions?

It's a great area that is growing. There are communities, home with land, and places to shop, eat, and have fun. If you want more information, feel free to contact me.

Only Savannah has the resources to offer such programs in the area
Richmond Hill is purrrrfect........ It reminds me of the 'Stepford Wives'
Why would they want to put schools so close to the target range???
Officials at Fort Stewart ask the Bryan County Board of Education to reconsider building a school close to the fort.
"Training activities on the installation may periodically subject students at the proposed school to blast noise from large weapons fire as well as noise from aviation overflights,"

Doesn't that bring back some memories......while traveling off the beaten path in my youth, several companions, myself included, took a side road on the outskirts of the present day Richmond Hill. It wasn't much back then, gas station, intersection....anyway, we were travelling in a run down volkswagen barreling down a back road when much to our surprise, we were in the midst of a tank battalion playing army games. I'm not sure how we managed to get that close to Ft. Stewart, but we certainly thought we were in some type of trouble due to nature of all the hardware around us. Long story short, they allowed us to continue our journey to a dirt road were we quickly turned around and got the heck out of there. I sure miss the old days :-)

I would seriously reconsider moving here without a job, due to the proximity of Savannah and the high cost of living. It's not really what you think it may be.

It doesn't look like the cost of living is that high.
