Talking Statesboro?
Can someone tell me about Statesboro? I have never been there, I have been to Savannah and was diggin it tho.

I have family in Statesboro and was thinking about studying there. I need help, please inform me.

It's not Miami. I lived there for 4 years (02-06). Georgia Southern is excellent. It's relatively inexpensive to live there. There are decent restaurants and a Starbucks. It's close enough to Savannah and Hilton Head so you can still visit the beach.

It is a small town though. Still very 'southern' which isn't a bad thing. The people tend to be very nice and well mannered....even the college kids for the most part. I would never steer anyone clear of Statesboro. I loved my time there and will always remember it fondly.
