Default Is the Housing expensive in Savannah?

I'm not sure if anyone can answer this question but, does anyone know how much a 3 bedroom townhouse costs in the Savannah area?

ThankYou

Honestly, that depends on what part of town you are looking. Of course, if you want to be in the historic district, it will almost certainly be more expensive as well as the victorian district, midtown, Ardsley and Tybee.
So, that being said, what part of town would you be interested in looking for a townhome?

Pay attention to that "start at $120,000" You can go a lot higher in some areas for condos or townhouses.

with the housing situation like it is, you might be able to luck up on something much lower too.

And these condos are apartment converts. Also inquire about monthly association fees.

Housing is crazy expensive in Savannah which is a HUGE reason I'm moving away after only being here for 3 years. I can't afford to live here...currently I'm living in a crappy one bedroom apt near the islands for 700. The reason I'm not downtown is because it would be even more expensive. My fiance was paying almost 800 a month for a 2 bedroom in the ghetto. We actually had to hit the floor on more than one occasion because of gunshots. If you have all the money in the world, Savannah isn't bad and get yourself an awesome place downtown. If you are like me, look elsewhere...
