Are we to infer that the cities are ranked? Not sure why DC would be considered 'cooler' than the rest of these cities.
These lists are usually just a PR tool, with little basis in reality.
But Savannah is cool...there will be little opposition to that statement.

I fell in love with Savannah when I finally took the time to get off of I-95 and head into this city. I found it to be charming and beautiful--just like I had always imagined.

I'm glad Savannah made the list, regardless of its ranking. My friends who rely on tips from a steady flow of visitors need to make a living.
Plus it's gratifying to all of us who call this city home to also have outside acknowledgment that what we've know all along is true. Yeah, Savannah is cool.
