Question Ok I need your help folks....

Ok I am going to make a long story short. I am looking for a rescue group that can help me out. I was at animal control here in Wayne county and we all know they don't have a humane society sad I know!! There were these 3 kittens about 6 weeks old that the OWNER turned over to them because she couldn't find home for them and no longer can afford them!!! And AC here doesn't keep cats or kittens no more than 24 hours!!!! So I took them home and I have 180 days to get them spayed and neutered. There is 2 girls and 1 male. Are there any foster groups with a license to take them? I have 1 dog and 2 kittens now as it is. Please I am in desperate need of help he told me that they didn't take kittens and they would have been euthanized TOMORROW! So I gave them a flea bath and I am going to give them a dose of dewormer. When I got them they were covered in poop. Please Please Please can anyone help me. Please e-mail me asap if you can. Thank you for reading and God Bless!

I've had kittens the past 2 summers myself. I've just done the best I could with finding friends and family that were responsible that could give the kittens a home. I'm completely out of friends and family that need cats though so I am hoping I don't find any kittens in my yard this summer. I have a houseful of pets myself, so I can't take anymore animals.

There is a group that does adoptions at Petsmart on Abercorn on Saturdays. You can buy spay/neuter certificates from them. I think I paid $50. (I trapped the mommy cat of last summer's kittens and had her spayed).

You might also call around to some vets and see if anyone can cut you a break on pricing for shots, etc. There is also a group called the Milton Project here locally. They might be able to point you in the right direction for some help. They trap and spay/neuter feral cats and were able to help with a large cat colony here in my area. You can probably Google them to find them.

Best of luck. It is very tough to find homes for kittens. Believe me I know...

I found a kitten on the side of the road and no one would take him, even the rescue group at PetSmart. I brought him to the Humane Society and they wanted to put him down. I kept the cat, he is doing great. I'm just afraid to ever pick up a cat from the side of the road again with the fear that there will be nothing I can do.

If you can't do anything personally for an animal...
Then do nothing!
A.C. is the worst choice you can posssibly choose.
Maybe the next kind hearted person will pick it/him/her up.
Not trying to be cold...
Just a fact of animal welfare.
And I am sooo involved in it that I can say that.
