Wish list for Savannah
I'd love to see two things - first, a Costco to complete with Sam's club, which I do not patronize due to labor policies. Second, a Whole Foods. I heard a rumor a year ago about a Costco coming. Any news?

For my wish list, it is ME!! I wish to see me living there soon! With or without Sam's, Costco, or any other Big Box. I love Savannah just the way She is. Was just there last week looking at rentals and cannot wait to be a resident!!

Both Armstrong and Savannah State are units of the University System of Georgia. I'm not sure what another small campus would add. Yeah, there's a GA Tech satellite, but it offers engineering courses, something that's not already available in this area.

I just like the atmosphere surrounding state school campuses. Plenty of Georgia love going around here in Savannah now- but nothing wrong with a little more. Another school in the area would increase jobs, and offer an additional direction/option for people in surrounding areas. I would think a school would add as much or more than another shopping store and so that's on my wish list.
After thinking of it some more... I wish Savannah would open up a dog beach too. And a mystery dinner restaurant. That would be fun.

If the folks around here can't get themselves some edumacation with what's available here already, it ain't gonna happen. But yeah, a larger university feel to the city would certainly benefit us.
...there's a mystery boat cruise...
