Looking for long term rental house.
I'm looking to rent a house for a year or two in Savannah, Wilmington Island, or Skidaway.
I want to be with in 15 minutes of Memorial Hospital.
Can anyone point me a website?

I live in Savannah and need to move as well (new here only 7 months). I haven't had much luck at sites such as rent.com and craigslist. Any help is appreciated.

Johns, contact a property management company. Many real estate offices have them.

Call Judge Realty downtown. They manage many of the locals condos, homes, etc in all ranges. I have used them many times.

Craigslist & your car
I don't have a web site other than craigslist: savannah / hinesville classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events, which is how I found mine. But as I drive my streets every day I see rentals all in the hood.
Just drive the blocks between Washington & Columbus and Waters and Habersham and you should be good to go! |

You could also look at homes for sale in the 31406 area on realtor.com and see if any of the realtors can talk an owner into renting.

I know of a townhouse that is like new. Its in Springlake..Pooler, GA. 15 mins from downtown Savannah, GA. 3 mins from I-95. 2bd 2 1/2 bath. pool, poolhouse, gym, playground. nice very quite location, but not too far away from nessecities.
$950/mo
$600/deposit
might be negociable

Pooler is not exactly 15 minutes from Memorial. They seem to be looking for Savannah or east. |
