The "most wonderful house in the world" may be great, but I would argue about whether or not it's in a section with a low crime rate. It's also near some real dumps, I think you could do better.
The other two are in entirely different sections of Savannah. Both have advantages. It would be a matter of which location suits you the best.

i am thinking we would rather be on the "east" side of savannah like closer to the rivers and ocean. not sure what you would call that area. like thunderbolt, is that right? i just don't want to feel so landlocked and i would rather us be in a more established area rather than one that is going to be under construction.

Have you found a home yet? We will be selling our home on Wilmington Island & moving back north. We are located 10 minutes from Tybee Island & 10 minutes from downtown Savannah. The crime rate is low in our area & we have excellent schools.
