Default Thunderbolt

Hello. I am sorry I don't have any info for you,but I was hoping to ask a question.
How did you come to find Thunderbolt? I have been to Savannah and asked some of the locals about the area. All i got was that it was nice.
I hope you get the info you are searching for,if you would pass it on to me I would appreciate it,as I will do the same.
Good Luck.

Seems to be a nice area.
Halfway between The Islands, and downtown.
And this "downtown" ain't nothing like N.Y.

Maybe this will help?
Thunderbolt...

check out this site:

http://www.city-data.com/city/Thunderbolt-Georgia.html

It is a very small town that lies directly between Savannah and the Thundbolt River. It is also the site of the Savannah State University.

Housing varies from small little cracker boxes to Million-dollar condos overlooking the River. You would do all your shopping a couple of miles away in Savannah. There are not any shops, supermarkets, etc. in Thunderbolt. But everything you would ever need is a very short distance away.

Perhaps if you could tell us what you are looking for, we would be more able to clue you in as to whether or not you would like Thunderbolt.

Al, that happens all the time. One will post something at the same time that someone else is posting something longer. The shortest one always seems to get there first.
City-Data seems to pride itself in producing good, easy to use information.

No problem.
I looked at a few, and finally settled on that one myself.

You'd really have to visit to understand what Thunderbolt is like. As others have mentioned in other threads, it's hard to tell where Savannah leaves off and Thunderbolt begins, except for the sign on Victory Dr.

It's kind of interesting, but losing its character in places where all of the condos were built between the road and the water. If you were to move here, you'd be dealing with the same situations that the rest of Savannah deals with on a daily basis, except you'd have a different city government.
