I am looking for information on an educational tool called Rapid-Rater. It says it is from Shaw Laboratories in Syosset, L.I. NY. I can read on the device it was from Harriet Drive.
I am looking for any information as to the age, use in education, how long it was used and any possible reason for it not to be used.

This research is for a graduate level course at Northern Illinios University.
Please find attached a picture of the Rapid-Rater

Thank you for helping,

Default spelling mistake

I am trying to edit my post to correct the mis-spelling of Illinois. I don't seem to be able to edit the original post.
