One thing about these so called ''exercise pills" if ever fully implemented and that is even if they could help the body for health akin to exerising they'll never be able to replace the endorphinic effect that one gets from actual exercise. Sometimes when i go to the gym and just for a 30 min high intensity weight lifting workout or when running stadiums at the local high school football staium when finished i'm as high as kite with the surging endorphins.
So for disabled or very old people then yeah sure this would be good for them.
This isn't a pill to replace exercise. It's a pill to increase the desire for exercising. Which, for highly unmotivated people (like with depression), it could be helpful.
