I remember doing spinal cord stimulators Of course, they never really worked.

Then we built this expensive and very modern interventional radiology lab. Interventional Radiologists are rare enough anyway at least at the time, but we snagged one. He told me that the future of medicine would be lasers and laser tipped catheters, which would follow vessels to an area of disease and then blast it. He felt that one day, we would be able to ablate areas causing tremors.
Amazing, Sound waves just might be the answer. And far less invasive as well.
