i dont think so, why someone will do that? that technology exist but you cant afford it,and why someone would do that? who are you Bill Gates or some billionaire and i am sure it will take more then 10 to 20 years to get such technology.

Information technology advances exponentially so it will not take that long.

I remember picking up a magazine from the supermarket about home automation in 1997. It wasn't a "futuristic" magazine, rather one that featured projects and products that were available at the time, so it by no means in a "new" technology.
