Or doing anything by hunching over, like woodworking, basketweaving, stamp collecting........


nothing to do with texting. Correct posture during any stationary activity is ideal.

Doing exercises like this a couple times a day will help a lot. It makes sitting in correct posture feel better.

I have to agree with adyn. This really has nothing to do with texting. Think about all the time you spend reading books with your head looking down. Probably countless hours more than you do texting.

And nowadays you text by talking into your watch or car.

My work, school, did that to me as well. I raised my TV up to my ceiling as well.
