Politics has been woven into science since before global warming. Politics and science are together, hand in hand. If Trump supports a non-global warming EPA / NOAA / NASA and grants are given to those who find no anthropogenic warming, tons of scientists will take the grants. As alchemists performed for courts in the middle ages, so today scientists perform for government agencies to curry favor and garner some lucre.
