Brain science is still more fond of form & function studies than consciousness, but this 'multi-dimensional' tact might lead beyond the body. Near the end of the piece is a link to the actual study which uses algebraic topology for their modeling.

Good stuff! Though I have to admit it is complex stuff.

Their talking mathematical dimensions, not physical ones.
And mathematicians have long held a belief that all perfect forms exist in a reality that is hidden,
on a platonic plane. I believe a mind (not brain) can operate on an infinite dimensionless plane.
The brain is limited to physical dimensions, the mind has no such barrier.

The mind is limited without a brain. Without a brain the mind does not exist.

If our minds truly wondered about freely outside of our bodies then we would be able to know what is going on everywhere at all times. We would not go unconscious when under anesthesia and our mind would be aware of the operation as it was occurring.

True, its a two way deal, can't have mind without the brain and a brain is useless to the mindless.
Similar to a radio, the music is unheard without the radio and the radio useless if theres nothing to tune into.
But that doesn't prove the mind doesn't exist without a brain to "house" it.

The mind doesn't wander around outside the body, its in a non physical realm.
Qualia and the binding problem shows the mind is non physical.

What valid evidence do you have that the mind exists without the brain?

Sorry but you're going to have to do better then post videos made by a Christian organization that touts "Inspiring Philosophy is creating Christian Apologetic Videos" and that "We are a nonprofit Christian organization with the goal of spreading and defending the Gospel of Jesus Christ"

That's silly to make such a claim that our mind is in a non-physical realm. We exist in a physical realm and so does our mind.

Don't you find it interesting that general anesthesia gets rid of all Qualia? This could not occur if the mind did not exist in the physical realm.
